Sim Owners Detail is designed as a self-auditing and public record intelligence portal to help Pakistani citizens verify active SIM registrations under their own CNIC identifiers or authorized corporate numbers. Under these Terms of Service:

• No Malicious Intent: Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing this platform for stalking, harassment, extortion, identity theft, or any unlawful activity under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) of Pakistan.
• Personal Verification: You confirm that queries executed through our portal are intended for personal security verification, preventing fraud, or auditing telecommunication lines tied to your personal or business identity.

While our founder Rehan Khan and technical team continuously optimize database query speeds and multi-network aggregation gateways (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, PTCL):

• As-Is Data Provision: Records returned by our verification engine reflect historical and aggregated operator registration snapshots. We do not guarantee 100% real-time reflection of recent SIM ownership transfers or biometric re-verifications processed directly at network franchises.
• Limitation of Liability: Sim Owners Detail, its founder, and affiliated developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on verification records provided through this public interface.

To preserve server capacity and ensure equitable access for real citizens across Pakistan, automated data scraping, bot requests, DDOS attempts, or unauthorized programmatic access to our query endpoints is strictly prohibited. Any IP address detected exhibiting excessive query spikes or automated extraction will be permanently blacklisted.
